Admissions Process

At The Nautilus Center we know how difficult the decision to seek help can be. Our team has worked with thousands of families from all different backgrounds and experiences. We know the challenges that families face when looking for teen treatment. When you call our treatment program, a trained admissions representative will connect with you to talk about the reasons proceeding your call. Given that every situation is unique, our team will gather information, answer any questions you may have and set up a followup call.

At this time in the process our billing team will review your insurance while our clinical reviews your appropriateness for treatment.

Following review, our team will reach out to schedule an intake or help you find an option that fits your needs better. We always make sure families have a number of options if and when our program is not appropriate.

During the intake, your family will meet with a masters level therapist to complete intake paperwork and a number of assessments. These assesments are used to help develop treamtnet plans, goal plans, home-contracts, etc.

By the end of the intake, each family will receive an appointment for individual therapy, family therapy and group times. Additionally, the intake therapist will answer any questions, intending to help calm any fears anyone in the family may have about the treatment process.
