Letter From Our Founder
Welcome to the Nautilus Center
Our goal at The Nautilus Center is to meet you where you are in life and help to turn a corner towards higher levels of well-being. I have developed this Center to help many others in need as I have been at several points in my life. In those times, others have shared with me their grace, optimism and professionalism, which made all the difference.
My hope is to offer that same opportunity to others to help build resilience and protective factors that can help to brighten difficult times. Through working in the field of mental health for over 35 years, I have gained an appreciation for the human capacity to recover. I believe that the best place to achieve and sustain balance is at home in the community, where many of our risk factors lay. By creating an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), my hope is to help others to live at home and learn to manifest resilience in the face of daily challenges.
For the past five years, I have been a part of the recovery community which has restored my hope, energy and engagement in life. The Nautilus Center offers the many forms of individual, group and family therapies that have been helpful to me, and many others, and can be vital to your path to well-being.
I invite you to contact us to learn more, refer a client or loved one, or schedule a visit to the Center. Hopefully, it will become the resource for you that truly makes a difference.
Sincerely,
Tom
